By accessing or using the WattWhizAI application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service. This is a simulation for demonstration purposes and does not constitute a legally binding agreement.

WattWhizAI provides tools to help users analyze and improve their home energy efficiency. Features include, but are not limited to, AI-driven analysis of utility bills and room images, carbon footprint calculation, solar energy simulations, and educational content. All financial transactions, such as for subscriptions, are simulated and do not involve real money.

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The information, calculations, and recommendations provided by WattWhizAI (including from the AI assistant, Leafy) are for informational and simulation purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the Service, and we do not warrant that you will achieve any specific energy savings or financial outcomes.

In no event shall WattWhizAI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of WattWhizAI and its licensors.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page.
